Family Ties
My property in Gosnells, Western Australia is tenanted by my son, his partner and their children.

On-Time, Every-Time
I have used Rent Collect for my rental property in Victoria Park since October 2016.
The rent payments come through to my bank account on time and the statements cover the information I need for my tax records.
I feel comfortable that my interests as well as the interests of my tenant are covered by by having an Audited Trust Account, Compliant Tenant Ledger etc.
The team are very easy to deal with and fees charged represent great value.
